		<description>There are specific exercises for the back and neck which strengthen the muscles most used in the kind of work you do.  Reducing weight is certainly important, but for the chronic pain, the specific exercises are highly recommended.  I wish you luck.</description>

		<description>I know i work a lot on my PC, Nicole. I sit for some 12 hours on avergae on daily basis. Even on weekends i spend a lot of time on my PC. 
I have contacted my surgeon many a times. And all he says is &quot;Shed some weight and get your body in shape&quot;. So am into that process right now. Losing weight was never so tough few years back but it&#039;s taking ages this time around! :)
And i don&#039;t know how many times i have said this &quot;But i will try to be regular at blogging this time around&quot;. :D</description>

I am not a specialist, but I do spend a lot of time before the computer and had what was suspected of being spondilitis.  The surgeon, when he came to know that I sat before a computer for long hours, gave me a set of exercises to do twice a day and since I started them, the discomfort has completely disappered.  It takes just a few minutes every time and worth following.  You might like to consult your local surgeon who may not know that you sit for long periods before a computer and work.</description>
