The Flintstones 50th Anniversary
"Flintstones...Meet the Flintstones....Yabba Dabba Doo" :) Remember the good old Flintstones from the Bedrock. Ahh...I loved watching the cartoon so much. "The Flintstones" was a very popular animated sitcom, a creation of the even more popular Hannah Barbera. Amazing Fact: it started way back on 30th September, 1960 to April 1, 1960. I saw it like 15 years ago, and thought it's a new cartoon. Anyways, today, being the 30th September' 2010, "The Flintstones" completes it's 50th Anniversary. And as Fred Flintstones used to celebrate with his famous catchphrase, well "Yabba Dabba Doo" :) I think i still remember all the characters from this cartoon. The story usually revolved around "Fred Flintstones" who was a prehistoric caveman, who worked in a quarry mine, walked barefoot and had a neighbor named "Barney Rubble" who himself was as troublesome as Fred. The cartoon always had some good storyline. And then there were their wives "Wilma Flintstones" and "Betty Rubbles". Chit chatters…
