Formula 1 is all set for a nail biting finish in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It’s the final race today and the stakes are high. The race is so complicated and so much depends on this final race. It is going to be very very exciting.

Lewis Hamilton (McLaren Mercedes)

Lewis Hamilton (McLaren Mercedes)

Lewis Hamilton (McLaren Driver) stands at number 1 in the ranks, followed closely by Ferrari’s Driver, Felipe Massa. Well how close? Too close for anyone’s comfort. The difference only being 7 points. If you are new to this game, here is the thing you should know. The guy who finished first gets 8 point and the guy finishing second gets 7. So putting it simply, if Felipe Massa fails to finish today’s race in top two positions, then it is guaranteed that Lewis Hamilton would win. Lewis has to be in top 7 at least for a clean win. And of course, he is the favorite to win the championship. But you never know how thrilling it could be. Because Felipe Massa has just grabbed pole position in this final race qualifying and what’s even more frightening, well it’s Massa’s home soil. Plus, Hamilton will start from fourth position behind Massa, Jarno Trulli and defending champion plus Massa’s partner,Kimi Raikkonen. (Oucchhh….gives me goosebumps)

Lewis Hamilton is just 23 yrs old. If he wins this championship, he will be crowned as the youngest formula 1 champion.  Others are not going to make it weasy for him. That’s why the race is going to be even more exciting.

BTW, in Constructor Standings, Ferrari has already made it to Rank 1 and it will stay on that position even after the race. Ferrari has 156 points followed by McLaren at 145 and lastly followed by Force India with 0 points

BETA BlogRush.com To RIP BlogRush

BETA BlogRush.com To RIP BlogRush

I was shocked when i got this mail from John Reese.

After so much success with BlogRush, they have decided to shut down the services.

I feel sorry for them. They were doing good and there was absolutely no reason to close it down. But they had their own issues and opinions on the same.  According to them, the primary reason behind this decision were the security issues and abusive users who just can’t appreciate good things.

Now that the services are closed, only one can realize that BlogRush was here for us, people. Not for anything else. They never even sold any advertising spaces, nor did they try to monetize in any kind. They only believed in free quality traffic across quality weblogs. It’s sad that it had to end this way.

And to everyone who might be thinking if they are coming back under different ownership… The answer is no. BlogRush team has declined several offers & inquiries about acquiring BlogRush.com.

Well, i would say that BlogRush widget was best in it’s own way. Besides, it was THE best looking widget on internet. I remember i made a post when my blog was approved by them. I was so excited. And now i am making a post when BlogRush is being killled rather than being shut down!

Anyways, Good luck to the team behind it. And “Thank You”. :)

P.S. : Here is the blogpost i wrote when i joined BlogRush: BlogRush, I am in.

My favorite of all festivals is here now. It’s Diwali and i just need a reason to shop even more.

Diwali is certainly the best of all festivals in India. It’s evening time here right now and i am off to do my prayers. Then of course i am going to burst few crackers. Not many, just few aerial shots. I am an environment loving guy so i won’t burst heavy crackers.

Then i am going for a party along with friends. Gonna have some good dance all night. Maybe it will help me lose some weight! But what i love the most is the variety of food that i will get today! Humm….My mouth is already drooling…

I have great plans for the evening and i hope so do you! Just wanted to wish you all a very Happy and a Prosperous Diwali. God bless you all. Maybe you can wish the same for me! ;)

And if you want to send me gifts in cash, then ask me for my address

Alright guys! Have to leave now. My prayers for you comes in the pictures below. Just enjoy!

Happy Diwali once again !!!

Yahoo Messenger 9.0

Yahoo Messenger 9.0

Way back in April’2008, i posted about the blank screen problem with yahoo messenger 9.0 Beta.

There was absolutely no way out for me. Nothing i did was solving the problem. So unwillingly, i had to degrade to Yahoo! messenger 8.0.0.508, which was a pretty old messenger version.

It’s has been a while since Yahoo Messenger 9 came out of Beta. But i didn’t want to take any chances! I did realize that sooner or later, i had to upgrade to the new version. So today, i decided to go for it.

And wallaaaah…. It works perfectly. So all those who had problem like blank screen and black screen or any similar problems earlier with YM 9 Beta, take my words, it’s safe to upgrade back to YM! 9.0 as it is out of Beta and bugless.

It’s feels good to have the great looking Yahoo Messenger 9.0 back on my desktop.

For those who want to download the latest version of Yahoo Messenger, Visit here >> Yahoo Messenger 9.0

I am just back from the nearby Fun Republic cinema. Normally i do not blog about all the movies that i watch. But i had to blog about this movie in particular.

Heroes is not an ordinary movie. It’s all about patriotism. It’s all about finding the true inner you.

Star Cast is huge. With likes of my favorite Salman Khan, his brother Sohail Khan, and the two “Punjab di shaan” brothers: Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, the movie was bound to do good at box office. Very rarely i find Preiy Zinta doing exceptionally well in a movie. She acted like a true Punjabi and i liked it. Dino Morea had a very little role to play in the movie, so i will pass on his acting comments. Surprise package in the movie, however was Vatsal Sheth. I last saw him in a movie named Tarzan. It was really a forgettable movie. And i thought it was end of career for Vatsal. But he is back with a bang. He looks mature now, with lighly trimmed beard and long hair locks. No more Mr. Cute! Good for him. He acted brilliantly as well. Salman Bhai played a Sikh Army soldier in the movie. He is always good. But main credits for the movie goes to Sohail Khan. Mind blowing acting i would say! He is good, isn’t he!

Anyways, there is no point telling you the story of the movie. If you can just trust me, then let me tell you. It’s a must watch movie. Atleast for each and every Indian!

The summary of the story is however very simple. “You do not have to be a soldier to love your country”. Many will understand what this line means. If you didn’t then it’s time to book your tickets for the next how of “Heroes”.
