Stop Terrorism

Enough Is Enough

As many would be thinking, specially in India…it’s time we said these words… “Enough is Enough”.

Yes, this is in regards to the terrorism that surrounds Mumbai, the capital city of India. Honestly, i don’t think i need to describe the tragic terrorism that took place in Mumbai on 26th November’2008. All the websites and bloggers are already doing that. I don’t know why but i don’t feel anything in the words of bloggers talking about the incident. Because i think it’s time we stopped talking about the terrorists and the loss of life and properties. We should also stop talking about the terrorism coming to an end. It’s time we started doing something about it. It’s time we tell terrorists that their days are numbered. It’s time we create a sense of fear in terrorists mind. It’s time we let the terrorists experience fear. Have a piece of their own filth.

Let’s accept one fact. Shall we? We, united, are trillions of people around the world. And we are facing some thousands ugly asses called terrorists. How can we be terrified by thousand of people. How can we let them decide our lives and future. You can’t just sit and wait for the government to do something about it. Are you really waiting that someday a terrorism activity effect your family in someway that you could never amend? I don’t think so.

Life is a very very precious thing. It’s the most valuable thing you could ever have. Jewels, money, fame stands nowhere near the very gift of life. Unfortunately there are people called terrorists who are idiots and won’t really understand the true meaning of God’s gift called Life. They don’t care about their own life and frankly they don’t care about anyone else’s. Even if the ones dying are their own family. So what we need to do is really wake up. Take the matters into our hands. Stop pointing fingers at the incompetent government of various countries. Because what i believe (and this is important) “Together we can and we will make a difference”. Just believe in United World and there is no idiot terrorist that can take us!

And please, don’t point fingers at people based on their religion. Terrorism has nothing to do with religion. There is no religion in terrorism and humanity. It hurts when i read on other people blogs that people of a particular religion are the reason behind the terrorism. That is utter nonsense. Terrorist are terrorist and not some guys from a particular religion. So let’ stop pointing fingers on anyone, based on religion and let’s just concentrate on what we really need to do. End of terrorism and a much nicer world for everyone to live in.

Just don’t ignore this public appeal. It’s not about United States of America and 9/11. It’s not about India and 26/11. It’s not about the tragedies, the aftermath, the loss of lives, the victims and their families, etc. It’s all about what we have learned from that. What we can do to stop it. And what we can do, to make a difference.

This could happen to you and your country as well. So do something about it now. Before it’s too late. I made a point to do something about it. And this post is the first step. Even if this falls on few deaf ears, i would know that i made a difference in someway. If you wanna do something about doing mankind a favor, then write about it. Or let others know what i need to say. Because i alone cannot make a difference. But together we can achieve anything! I hope all this does not go in vain!

~Peace

P.S. : Honestly, i do expect few comments on this post. I would appreciate if you keep it clean from racialism and religion aspects. Thank you!

  1. Terrorism is one of the main reason why India is not super power or developed country today, we must take strict actions aginst this stuff now.

  2. I think hatred can only make thing worst. Terrorist has become a powerful crime organization with a revenge mission, end of the day, nobody is going to win, it is a lose lose situation.

  3. Nicole, thanks for sharing that link. It was really an interesting read. Specially when he mentioned about countries taking their sovereignty for granted in 21st century. 🙂

Chetan, i wish terrorism had to do something with India not being a super power. But unfortunately, there is no relation between the two. India is not a super power because of BrainDrain. Every Indian intelligent mind looking to get settled in USA, UK or Australia. Anyways, this topic can go and on. As for taking action, you are absolutely right. Promote the thought of “Stop Thinking, Start Doing”.

Mike, I am sorry but terrorist is a strong organization because we people let it grow. The terrorist are not on revenge mission. They are idiots trying to kill innocent lives of thousands of people. Imagine what if brothers and sons of those thousands lives became terrorist to take revenge. This world would end very soon. Whatever their past is, we all here to listen. But killing people is being a totally unacceptable. So yes, hatred needs to be continued until the terrorism comes to an end.

  4. This time around, there appears to be a determination to come to grips with the problem by all countries affected. For the first time, the guilt is being assigned where it belongs and that is half the battle won.

  5. We had the same problem in Spain. We had a great terrorist attack in 2004 similar to yours and it was terrible. We must stop this.

    My deepest condolences to India!

  6. Joseph. I am sorry i never knew about terrorist attacks in Spain.
Honestly, i really want to visit Spain. Specially Madrid. And specially to watch Football 🙂
Coming back to topic, well, it is true that Terrorism seeks no country or religion. It is a worldwide epidemic and yes, it must be stopped before it takes us all.

Abhishek and Nicole. I will truly tell you one thing. Our Indian politics is Impotent! It cannot screw terrorist and terrorism all by itself. It can definitely screw it own people in many ways but not others who really should be punished.
Point is, India has so much population. Our politicians don’t give a damn about losing some lives. To them, it’s a mere numbers and statistics. That’s it.
